Hey, I’m Kait! I am a certified health and nutrition coach (BSc Nutrition & Exercise) specialising in blood sugar control and insulin resistance. I am passionate about empowering people to ditch fad diets and instead make lifestyle changes with lasting results.

My story

I get it. You think you’re eating “healthy”, loading up on whole grains and watching your fat intake, but the scale won't budge. You’re always hungry and tired and can’t figure out where you are going wrong. Frustrating, right?

This was my life. Years of trying every "healthy" diet imaginable yielded zero results. My workouts felt sluggish and my weight slowly crept up despite my best efforts.

Then, came the carb-conscious epiphany. Reducing carbohydrates and focusing on whole, unprocessed foods unlocked a transformation I never thought possible. The excess weight I was carrying melted, my energy soared and my athletic performance was better than ever before.

The key? Balancing blood sugar and lowering insulin. It turns out that insulin resistance (which over 80% of the population has) is the silent culprit behind many people's struggles with weight, hormones, cholesterol, blood pressure and many more modern-day ailments.

And that has become my mission - to educate and empower people struggling with their health, conquer insulin resistance and rewrite their health story!
